After serving 26 years on the Board of Directors for First State Bank of Campbell Hill, Jerry L. Ohlau has retired from the Board, effective December 1, 2023.  The stockholders, employees and other current directors thank Mr. Ohlau for his years of service and wish him the best.  To fill Mr. Ohlau’s seat until the next annual stockholders meeting, the board has appointed Mark K. Arbeiter.  We welcome Mr. Arbeiter and are honored to have him join the Board of Directors.
