During the 2017-2018 School year, Ryan Berry (Loan officer) & Gary Buch (Vice President of Loans) worked with Kathy Hammel’s Entrepreneurship class at Trico High School on the writing of Business Plans. During the Fall Semester Ryan & Gary visited the class to make a presentation about how to start writing a plan and what elements they should include in their plans. Students were left with a Business Plan template as well as paperwork with a list of resources to help them as they worked on their plans. During the year students were able to contact Ryan or Gary with questions they may have during the process. At the end of the school year Mrs. Hammel submitted the plans to Ryan & Gary for review. From the plans Ryan and Gary were asked to pick the top three plans from the class.
