After serving 35 years on the Board of Directors of which 30 years were served as Chairman of the Board for First State Bank of Campbell Hill, Gary D. Misselhorn has retired from the Board, effective March 24, 2025. The stockholders, employees and other current directors thank Mr. Misselhorn for his years of service and wish him the best.
To fill Mr. Misselhorn’s seat, the stockholders have appointed Dr. Ryan R. Reiss, D.C. to serve as his replacement.
We welcome Dr. Reiss and are honored to have him join the Board of Directors.
